Who Are We?

Hutchinson Training and Development Ltd was founded in 2006 by Dr. Steve Hutchinson primarily to help research institutions to develop their early career researchers.

Building on the success of this venture, we subsequently expanded and now work very successfully in a range of sectors, and with a hugely diverse range of participants and needs.

Using a network of associates, but with the founder carrying out much of the delivery work personally we have an enormous wealth of knowledge and experience in understanding what an organisation might need and what individual participants want.

However, at core, we stay to true to the principles that we had on day one - a desire to provide truly inspirational development for people.
